PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress abnormal combustion by increasing the supply amount of fuel to a cylinder and to suppress vibration of an engine caused by the increase in the fuel supply amount to the cylinder, so as to improve merchantability.SOLUTION: A combustion state control device for an internal combustion engine includes: an abnormal combustion detecting unit 62 which detects abnormal combustion of an internal combustion engine 1; a fuel supply increasing unit 63 which increases the supply amount of fuel, when the abnormal combustion detecting unit 62 detects abnormal combustion, to a cylinder where the abnormal combustion is detected, compared to a case when no abnormal combustion is detected by the abnormal combustion detecting unit 62; a vehicle vibration detecting unit 65 which detects vibration of a vehicle; and a fuel supply increase terminating unit 64 which terminates the increase of the supply amount of the fuel when the vehicle vibration detecting unit 65 detects vibration of the vehicle during a period when the supply amount of the fuel is increased by the fuel supply increasing unit 63. |
