PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector terminal which has high connection reliability by having low and stable contact resistance even in an initial state and even at the time of use under a corrosive environment and is achieved in high productivity and low manufacturing cost, in a connector terminal having a tin layer formed on the outermost surface of a base material made of aluminum or aluminum alloy.SOLUTION: A connector terminal is composed of a clad material whose tin layer is joined to the surface of a base material made of aluminum or aluminum alloy and exposed onto the outermost surface. The tin layer may be formed by covering a part of the base material surface including a contact part or formed on the entire surface of the base material. |
