PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform numerical calculation by, when there exists a substance showing current/voltage characteristics equivalent to a parallel circuit constituted of a resistance and a capacitor and a CPE (Constant Phase Element), arranging the substance for each grid, and to calculate an electric potential and an electric field.SOLUTION: The numerical calculation method for, when current/voltage characteristics in the case of holding a substance A between counter electrodes whose counter areas are S and whose inter-electrode distance is L can be expressed by a parallel circuit constituted of a resistance having a resistance value R and a capacitor having a capacitance C and a CPE having an admittance Y shown by (formula 1), dividing an area where a calculation object constituted of the substance A exists into grids, and for calculating a potential by numerical calculation includes: a process of arranging the substance A in each grid in accordance with the shape of the calculation object; and a process of calculating t, &sgr;, &egr; of (formula 5) by using α, (formula 2), (formula 3) and (formula 4), and calculating a potential &phgr; by solving the (formula 5) by numerical calculation. |
