PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three point seat belt device capable of securing the strength of a webbing, smoothly drawing the webbing from a retractor and smoothly sliding the webbing in a shoulder anchor by enlarging the degree of freedom of an attaching position of the shoulder anchor.SOLUTION: A recessed part 10c is provided in a pathway side wall surface of a partition wall 10 parting a driver seat from the pathway P and a shoulder anchor 26 and a retractor 28 are arranged in the recessed part 10c. In use, the shoulder anchor 26 rotates in an arrow a direction to the longitudinal direction center line h2 of the webbing 22 drawn from a turn-up hole 26a. The shoulder anchor 26 and the retractor 28 are arranged so that a reference drawing line (which agrees with the center line h1 of the webbing 22 when the webbing 22 is drawn from the retractor 28 along the reference drawing direction) passes through the center of the turn-up hole 26a in a use state. |
