[Problem] To simplify production using a simple configuration, and obtain high light-distribution properties having sufficiently uniform light diffusion. [Solution] The present invention has: a substrate (2); a plate-shaped first reflective body (3) positioned vertically so as to horizontally transect the center section on the substrate (2), and in a manner such that the surfaces on both sides face the outside; and a plurality of LED chips (4) which serve as a plurality of light-emitting elements positioned so as to surround the first reflective body (3) on the substrate (2). Therein, at least the surfaces on both sides of the first reflective body (3) have a light-reflective function. As a result, the present invention simplifies production by using a simple configuration, and obtains high light-distribution properties having sufficiently uniform light diffusion.
