<p>The present invention relates to a device (1) for arranging a tape on a surface, comprising a frame (2), a holder (3), such as a roll, for the tape connected to the frame (2), a guide 4a, 4b) for guiding the tape in a path away from the holder (3), a blade (5) which is movable relative to the frame (2) between a first position in which it lies outside the path of the tape; and a second position in which it intersects the path of the tape.
