A selection unit (207) of a data storing device (200), if points of time and columns corresponding to data values received from an apparatus (300) are not stored in a definition storage unit (202), selects columns for which definitions of correspondence relationships between points in time have not been stored in the definition storage unit (202) among data columns in the data storage unit (201). A storing unit (208) of a data storing device (200) stores data values received from the apparatus (300) in columns that have been selected by a selection unit (207), among rows that have been identified according to dates corresponding to the received data values, in the data storage unit (201). Therefore, without modifying database structure, it becomes possible to modify collection intervals for data from periodic intervals to variable intervals.</p> |
