<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a thermal flow meter (300) which, in addition to improving the operability of a flow measuring device equipped with the function of measuring the temperature of a gas being measured (30), improves temperature measurement accuracy. This thermal flow meter is configured such that: a flow measurement circuit package (400) equipped with a protruding section (424) for measuring gas temperature is formed using a resin mold; an inlet (343) that is open on the upstream side of the gas being measured (30) is formed; the protruding section (424) is positioned inside the inlet; an outlet 344 and an outlet 345 are formed on a front cover (303) and a back cover (304) along the protruding section (424); and the gas being measured (30), which is taken in via the inlet (343), flows along the protruding section (424). Because the gas being measured (30) flows along the protruding section (424) after being measured, the impact of heat from other heat sources can be reduced, enabling measuring accuracy to be improved.</p> |
