<p>The present invention relates to an implant abutment. The implant abutment, which is coupled to a fixture that becomes an artificial dental root by being implanted into an alveolar bone includes: a main body unit; a first rotating member coupled to the main body unit so as to be rotatable about a first rotational axis, wherein a first gear portion is formed at one end portion thereof and a male screw portion capable of being screwed together with the fixture is disposed at the other end portion thereof; and a second rotating member coupled to the main body unit so as to be rotatable about a second rotational axis which intersects the first rotational axis, wherein a second gear portion is formed at one end portion thereof so as to be coupled to the first gear portion and form a bevel gear structure. According to the present invention, a coupling tool such as a hex screwdriver can be placed in the horizontal direction, which intersects the direction in which the fixture is implanted, thereby ensuring sufficient space for coupling to the fixture in the oral cavity of a patient.</p> |
