The present invention relates to a device for cleaning and polishing waste aggregate and concrete using steel wires and tires which continuously and rapidly discharges high quality waste aggregate and concrete, separated from contaminated water and fine particles after the waste aggregate and concrete introduced into an outer rotary body are continuously, strongly, and effectively cleaned and polished by multiple tires and steel wires rotated on a rotary shaft at high speed, to the outside of the outer rotary body. The device comprises the outer rotary body (10), an inner rotary body (20), and a prop (30). The outer rotary body comprises: a cylindrical body (11) having an internal space part (11a); a front inlet (17) formed in the front side of the cylindrical body (11) to introduce the waste aggregate and concrete; a spraying device (15) installed in the upper part of the space part (11a); a rear outlet (18) formed behind the spraying device to discharge the waste aggregate and concrete cleaned by the cleaning water of the spraying device (15); and an outer ring gear (16) formed on the outer circumference of the cylindrical body (11) to engage with a gear of a motor (M). The inner rotary body has a pipe-shaped rotary shaft (21) installed in the center of the outer rotary body (10). A gear (22) installed in the front side of the rotary shaft (21) is connected to the gear of the motor (M) by a chain (23). The multiple tires (24) are inserted in the outer circumference of the rotary shaft (21). The steel wires (25) are vertically fixed on the outer circumference of the rotary shaft by fixing members (26). The prop has front and rear supports (31a, 31b) for supporting the front and rear sides of the rotary shaft (21). |
