The present invention relates to a tire pressure monitoring system and, specifically, to a device and a method for transmitting tire location information with tire pressure information. The present invention provides logic which computes the rotation direction of a tire by calculating the rotation angle between multiple magnetic samples obtained from a terrestrial magnetism sensor and determines the left and right positions of the tire based on the cumulative number of the rotation direction.
