The present invention relates to an anti-inflammatory pharmaceutical composition including alloferon and a cosmetic composition including the same. Alloferon has an antivirus effect, an immunodulatory effect, and an anti-inflammatory effect. The composition is especially effective to the inflammation of the skin caused by being exposed to ultraviolet rays, therefore prevents the transformation and damaging of the skin. The cosmetic composition and cosmetics by the present invention prevents the inflammation of the skin, and protects the skin from ultraviolet rays.
