PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle power supply controller which is hardly influenced by error, noise, and the like of overall equipment on a duty ratio of an electric voltage supplied to the equipment, and capable of both reducing electric power consumption and optimally controlling equipment performance.SOLUTION: A vehicle power supply controller performs PWM control of electric voltages of in-vehicle power supplies 1, 2 and supplies the electric voltages to load groups L1-L3, in accordance with a duty ratio calculated on the basis of a power supply voltage value and a predetermined voltage value. The vehicle power supply controller further includes: rising/falling time detection means 10, 11, 6 for detecting rising/falling times in which application voltages of load groups L1-L3 rise/fall to first/second voltage values based on the power supply voltage values from ONs of switching circuits S1-S3; and means 7, 9 for changing timings of ONs/OFFs of the switching circuits S1-S3 on the basis of detected rising/falling times such that the timings of ONs/OFFs of the switching circuits S1-S3 and the timings of rising/falling to the first/second voltage values are coincide with each other. |
