PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet capable of preventing a drop in gloss retention while keeping scratch resistance and abrasion resistance when used for a long time not only as an interior flooring decorative sheet but also as an exterior flooring decorative sheet.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet includes a surface protective layer on the outermost surface. (1) The surface protective layer contains silica with a pore volume of 1.5 ml/g or larger. (2) The average particle diameter D of the silica is 10 μm or larger. (3) The surface protective layer contains 8-18 pts.wt. of the silica to 100 pts.wt. of a resin component.
