PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic valve or the like that facilitates securement of machining accuracy and suitably exhibits damping characteristic as a pressure regulating valve.SOLUTION: A valve portion 27 of a hydraulic valve 11 is roughly divided into a first valve portion 33 and a second valve portion 35. On a side surface of the first valve portion 33, a groove 41 is disposed axially. The groove 41 is formed of a first groove part 41a, a second groove part 41b, and a third groove part 41c having different depths so that the depth of the groove is greater on the tip side of the first valve portion 33. The shape of each of the groove parts 41a-41c is configured so that, on the axial cross section of the first valve portion 33, externally projecting corner parts 43a-43c located at a start position of each of the groove parts 41a-41c on the root 39 side of the first valve portion 33 is substantially aligned with the intersection 43d of the third groove part 41c and the tip of the first valve portion 33. Changes in cross-sectional area of the groove 41 are close to changes in cross-sectional area when the depth of the groove is changed in a tapered shape. |
