A vibration unit (1) for reliably transmitting vibrations to the user, the transmission of vibrations being one of the display methods of the incoming call notification device (6), is located in the incoming call notification device (6) in the combination with the material (5) which adheres to the skin of a person, and is in direct contact with the skin of the user. |
