The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition including a mixture of: at least one ureidopyrimidone-functionalized oil, having a junction group including at least one unit of formula (I) or (II); at least one solvent of formula (I), where: R'1 denotes H or a straight C1-C20 alkyl radical or a branched C3-C20 alkyl radical; R'2 denotes a straight C1-C20 alkyl radical or a branched C3-C20 alkyl radical which can contain a C5-C6 cycle; a C5-C6 cycloalkyl radical optionally substituted by one or two methyl radicals; the phenyl radical, the benzyl radical or the phenethyl radical; and R'3 and R'4 denote H or a straight C1-C12 alkyl radical or a branched C3-C12 alkyl radical. The invention also relates to a cosmetic treatment method using said composition.
