<p>The present invention is applicable in the technical field of connector structure. Provided is a CPU connector comprising a base and a cover connected onto the base. The base has arranged thereon contact terminals capable of contacting with pins of a CPU. The connector also comprises threaded components. The base is provided thereon with receiving grooves while the cover is provided thereon with threaded parts, or, the cover is provided thereon with the receiving grooves while the base is provided thereon with the threaded parts. The threaded components are arranged within the receiving grooves and match the threaded parts. The connector provided in the present invention, by providing the threaded components that engage the threaded parts that are on either the cover or the base, allows for the cover to slide forwards or rearwards by rotating the threaded components when in use, thereby allowing the pins of the CPU to engage with or disengage from the contact terminals, is structurally simple and inventive, has a reduced number of product parts, is easy to assemble, and greatly reduces costs of the connector.</p> |
