<p>The present invention generally relates to the field of molecular biology and more specifically to methods of biomolecule detection and identification. The present invention is related to the field of gene transcription, and in particular, non-coding sequences involved in the regulation of gene transcription. Means and methods are provided that allow comprehensively identifying sequences that can function as transcriptional enhancers or repressors, respectively, in a direct and quantitative manner in, for example, entire genomes.</p> |
