A liquid crystal panel (100) and a producing method. The liquid crystal panel (100) comprises a first substrate (110) and a second substrate (120), frame adhesive (112) and a block wall (111). The first substrate (110) and the second substrate (120) are disposed oppositely. The frame adhesive (112) is disposed surroundingly between the first substrate (110) and the second substrate (120). The block wall (111) is disposed between the first substrate (110) and the second substrate (120). The block wall (111) is located at an external side of an area surrounded by the frame adhesive (112), and a top surface and a bottom surface of the block wall (111) respectively abut the first substrate (110) and the second substrate (120). In the foregoing manner, the liquid crystal panel (100) and the producing method thereof can reduce spillover of the frame adhesive (112), reduce design difficulties of a narrow frame and the requirements for cutting precision.
