<p>A cross type composite sliding vane rotor pump aims to provide an improved structure of a vane pump. The pump comprises a shell (5), a rotor (1), a main sliding vane (3) and auxiliary sliding vanes (17), etc. The auxiliary sliding vanes (17) are mounted at two ends of the main sliding vane (3), and the main sliding vane (3) is mounted in a groove of the rotor (1), and the rotor (1) is mounted in the shell (5). Fluid is pushed from one end to the other end by the sliding vane under the action of pump when the rotor pump rotates. Length of the vane is further extended with composite sliding vane, and the volume ratio is expanded, so the unit volume flow is more than that of a centrifugal pump, and the head is several times higher. The pump can be used as an efficient water pump, a sea water-oil multiphase pump, a vacuum pump, a driving paddle, etc.</p> |
