<p>An automatic kneading device for adjusting alginate impression material paste, wherein the initial curing time for the impression material, the viscosity of which has been adjusted, is freely adjusted within a specified established range for the practitioner. A dental impression material-kneading device that kneads two kinds of pastes, the device comprising a first sealed container filled with base material paste, a second sealed container filled with curing material paste, a first pump and a second pump, transfer pipes disposed on the respective discharge ports of the first and second pumps, a kneading section connected to the transfer pipes for merging and kneading the base material paste and the curing material paste, and a stirring means. The device for kneading dental impression material is characterized in being provided with both: an initial viscosity-adjusting mechanism for the kneaded impression material obtained, the mechanism being capable of changing the discharge ratio of the amount discharged by the first pump and the amount discharged by the second pump at will; and a curing time-adjusting mechanism for the kneaded impression material obtained, the mechanism being capable of changing the force of stirring by the stirring means at will.</p> |
