PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of zeolite for absorbing fission products included in lithium chloride-potassium chloride eutectic salts, the zeolite being a lithium-potassium compound type that requires no energy for heating and has substantially no occlusion of chloride.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method includes: a first process of causing sodium-substituted type zeolite to contact with a potassium chloride water solution to obtain potassium-substituted type zeolite; and a second process of causing the potassium-substituted type zeolite to contact with a mixed aqueous solution of lithium chloride and potassium chloride or a lithium chloride aqueous solution to obtain lithium-potassium composite substitution type zeolite.
