PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneading extrusion molding apparatus that can improve usage efficiency of materials, can stably perform stable extrusion molding with finely kneaded kneading materials, and can obtain a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A kneading extrusion molding apparatus 50 includes: a kneading section 1 for forming kneading materials M; and an extrusion molding section 15 for performing extrusion molding of the kneading materials M, and also includes: a moving duct 7 that moves the kneading materials M from the kneading section 1 to the kneading molding section 15; a cylinder accumulator section 8 that is provided in the middle section of the moving duct 7, and accumulates the moving kneading materials M; a piston section 9 that is provided to advance and retreat in an axial direction, and forms an accumulation space S inside the accumulator section 8, that can change the capacity; a pressurizing section 20 that pressurizes the piston section 9 so that the piston section moves following the increase/decrease of the kneading materials M stored in the accumulation space S; and an ejection port 10 that is provided through sides of the accumulator section 8 in an area in which the capacity of the accumulation space S has a constant value or more. |
