PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dam control device having a function for diagnosing deterioration of facilities in association with occurrence of a failure.SOLUTION: A dam control device comprises: an input device; an alarm determination device; a file device; and a failure time emergency guide device. The input device inputs data related to measurement or monitoring with respect to facilities of a dam. The alarm determination device executes alarm determination processing at the time of occurrence of a failure of the facilities on the basis of the input data. The file device stores history information in association with the alarm determination processing, inspection information of the facilities and common information with which the history information and the inspection information are associated. The failure time emergency guide device refers to the history information and the common information stored in the file device and executes deterioration diagnosis processing of the facilities. |
