PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve recommendation accuracy of content to be delivered.SOLUTION: Based on means for obtaining actual CTR data in which a click rate for each content of a user is associated with a user identifier and a content identifier, means for obtaining content×content matrix data in which degree of association among plural pieces of content is associated with a content identifier of two axes, and means for obtaining user×user matrix data in which degree of association among users is associated with a content identifier of two axes, the matrix of a prediction value corresponding to the matrix of these actual values is represented by a product of two disintegrated matrices. As a result of convergence operation that is performed such that the value of a loss function showing a difference between the actual value and a prediction value becomes minimum, prediction CTR data is generated, which is user×content matrix data of the prediction value. When there is a request that specifies a user identifier from a service provision device, a content identifier of content expected to have the highest click rate by the user of the user identifier is selected. |
