PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display panel including a protective film without damaging a color reproduction region of a colored layer and capable of preventing alignment disorder of a liquid crystal from occurring when a color filter for a display panel having high definition is manufactured.SOLUTION: A color filter is formed by laminating (a) a black matrix(BM), (b) colored pixels having a plurality of colors including a blue color, (c) a protective film and (d) a photo spacer in order from (a) to (d) on a transparent substrate. A deterioration rate in brightness represented by a formula (1) is in a range of -7% to +1%.
