PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pesticide contamination determination method, which easily, rapidly, and reliably determines a pesticide contamination of objects such as vegetables and fruits.SOLUTION: A pesticide contamination determination method for objects comprises: a step 1 of wiping at least one part of a surface of an object by applying a sampling body such as a filter paper impregnated with silicone oil, which can wipes off pesticide, to the surface of the object; and a step 2 of determining an adhesion of pesticide on the sampling body applied to the object. In the step 2, an infrared absorption spectrum of the sampling body is measured by a total reflection method using an infrared spectrometer, and an adhesion of pesticide is determined by applying the obtained data to a quantitative analytical curve made by a partial least square recurrence. |
