PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio transmitter using a preamble signal for radio communication, enabling appropriate A/D conversion with highly accurate AGC in a radio receiver for receiving a signal transmitted from a plurality of transmission antennas.SOLUTION: The radio transmitter includes signal generation means for generating a signal to transmit a radio packet. The radio packet includes: a first preamble for first automatic gain control (AGC: AutoGain Control) in the radio receiver; a second preamble for frequency synchronization in the radio receiver; a third preamble for second AGC in the radio receiver, which is performed after the first AGC; a fourth preamble for channel estimation between the radio transmitter and the radio receiver; and a data field for carrying data.
