PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time correction device, transportation equipment, a computer program and a time correction method in which the time can be corrected in order to highly accurately synchronize the time between required apparatuses.SOLUTION: A receiving part 12 receives time from an on-vehicle machine 30 via an optical beacon 20 and outputs the received time to a correction part 15. A clock part 13 outputs the obtained time to the correction part 15. On the basis of the amount of deviation between the time received in the receiving part 12 and the time received in the clock part 13, the correction part 15 corrects the time obtained in the clock part 13.
