PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a development device and an image forming device, enabling easy assembly.SOLUTION: A developing device 100 comprises: a housing 102 having a groove 116; a layer regulating member 106 having both ends supported by the groove 116; and a stay restricting member 108 pressing both ends of the layer regulating member 106 against the groove 116. The stay restricting member 108 presses the layer regulating member against the groove 116 at both ends when the stay restricting member 108 is fixed to the housing 102 in the state that both ends of the layer regulating member 106 are supported by the groove 116. Thus, since the layer regulating member 106 is fixed by attachment of the stay restricting member 108, the assembly of the developing device 100 becomes easy. |
