PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress worsening of AD conversion accuracy.SOLUTION: An AD converter includes a plurality of AD conversion parts 2-1 to 2-N, connected in series, for implementing AD conversion in a predetermined number of bits for an analog signal received by the initial stage AD conversion part 2-1. At least one part of the plurality of AD conversion parts 2-1 to 2-N generates a first residual signal, which is a difference between the analog signal or either one of amplified two residual signals outputted from a pre-stage AD conversion part and a first reference signal, and a second residual signal, which is a difference between the analog signal or either one of the two residual signals and a second reference signal. The first residual signal is amplified by an amplifier at a first timing, and then outputted to a post-stage AD conversion part. The second residual signal is amplified by the amplifier at a second timing, and then outputted to the post-stage AD conversion part. |
