PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine fibrous cellulose which can be produced at a high yield, can secure stability of a dispersion in a slurry state even at an acidic side and can reduce viscosity of the dispersion.SOLUTION: A fine fibrous cellulose includes a salt of a carboxyl group and a salt of a phosphoric acid group or a salt of a sulfonic acid salt. The fine fibrous cellulose preferably has a polymerization degree in the range from 50 to 500.
