PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device for a vehicle capable of displaying information in accordance with urgency of the information without impairing convenience for a user.SOLUTION: An information display device for a vehicle displays information on display means by switching a display screen corresponding to the type of the information. When the information display device acquires new information and the type of the new information differs from the type of a display screen currently displayed on the display means, the information display device determines a display method (for example, any of a display method for displaying the existence of the new information, a display method for displaying the content of the new information by switching to a display screen corresponding to the new information and a display method for displaying the new information without switching to the display screen corresponding to the new information) on the basis of display priority corresponding to the content of the new information. |
