PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication management system and an integrated management server capable of appropriately managing parameters of a plurality of base stations provided different providing sources.SOLUTION: Provided is an integrated SON server 10 which can respectively communicate with a plurality of independent SON servers 20A, 20B, 20C. The integrated SON server 10: determines parameter values capable of being set for each of a plurality of base stations belonged to a plurality of base station groups; and transmits the determined parameter values to the independent servers 20A, 20B, 20C of the base station group to which the target base station to be subjected to parameter-setting belonged. The independent SON servers 20A, 20B, 20C instructs the target base station to be subjected to the parameter-setting to set parameters based on the parameter values received from the integrated SON server 10. |
