PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary piston and a cylinder device which is provided with a rotator and has a movable displaceable part with respect to an opening region providing fluid communication between a cylinder space and an outer region of the cylinder space.SOLUTION: A rotary piston and a cylinder device have an adjustable port device capable of moving a displaceable part so that at least one of a position and a range of an opening can be changed with respect to a cylinder space.
