The present invention relates to a composition containing nanosized silver perticles and a manufacturing method thereof comprising: a step for cultivating iron-reducing bacteria from a mud flat by enrichment culture; and a step for adding silver nitrate to the bacteria culture and incubating under anaerobic condition. The method for manufactuing nanosized silver particles according to the present invention enables the synthesis of the nanosized silver particles with simple and economic processes, thereby being used in various kinds of industries.
