PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for using at least one antibody or a functional fragment thereof for preparing pharmaceutical preparations for treatment of cancer.SOLUTION: A composition includes, as an active ingredient, at least one anti-CD151 antibody or a functional fragment thereof having ability to bind to the CD151 protein which is one of membrane proteins, and/or ability to inhibit development of primary tumors, and ability to inhibit metastasis promoting activity. The anti-CD151 antibody is a monoclonal antibody of murine origin, a chimeric antibody or a humanized antibody. |
