PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately grasp the achievability of each project in the future.SOLUTION: The simulation device is configured to, on the basis of a variable operation period showing the increase/decrease of the operation period of a resource corresponding to the change setting of the operation assignment rate of each resource in each project and an operation period exponent showing whether the operation period of the resource to be assigned to the project calculated by using the variable operation period is too much or too little, execute increasing resource correspondence assignment processing of assigning the operation period for excess shown by the operation period exponent to the change of the resource which should belong to a task in a resource dependent critical chain or decreasing resource correspondence assignment processing of assigning the operation period for shortage shown by the operation period exponent to the extension of the period of the task in a chain to which the object resource belongs in the project, and to output a project buffer consumption rate set in accordance with the increasing resource correspondence assignment processing or the decreasing resource correspondence assignment processing for each project. |
