PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system for managing a facility such as a secondhand condominium, apartment, villa, trailer house and unused school as short-term rental property in the case of utilizing it as short-term rental even when the facility is remotely located by omitting a check-in/checkout procedure.SOLUTION: A lender side changes the property entrance door of a secondhand condominium for lease to an auto-lock and password release type lock. When the change is impossible or the number of keys is large, the lender side stores a normal key in a password release type compact storage box. The lender side carries the detail information of each property for lease in a Web site, and manages the Internet site whose reservation is accepted for each property. A use candidate reserves specified property whose lease is desired by the Internet. The lender side updates the password of the property whose reservation has been established, and notifies the user of the result. The user uses the reversed property by using the password. |
