PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive layer exhibiting excellent adhesion to a non-polar adherend such as a polyethylene or a polypropylene, not deteriorating its characteristics even at low temperatures, and having excellent retentivity, terminal peelability and constant load peelability.SOLUTION: An adhesive layer is formed using a water-dispersed adhesive composition including: a (meth)acrylic polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer component mainly composed of a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester having a 1-18C alkyl group; a latex containing a rubber component incompatible with the (meth)acrylic polymer and having a loss tangent peak temperature of -5°C or less as determined by dynamic viscoelasticity measurement with a shear strain at a frequency of 1 Hz; and a tackifier compatible with at least the rubber component. In the water-dispersed adhesive composition, a blending weight ratio of the (meth)acrylic polymer to the latex is from 95/5 to 40/60 in terms of solid content. A toluene-insoluble fraction of a phase formed of the acrylic polymer in the adhesive layer is 25-85%. |
