Provided are a stabilizer link and a manufacturing method therefor that can ensure not only the strength required of wing plates and a central support plate in a support bar but also the strength required of ribs. Said support bar (150) has wing plates (151, 152), a central support plate (153), and ribs (154A to 154F). In the wing plates (151, 152) and the central support plate (153), reinforcing fibers are oriented in the lengthwise direction of the support bar (150). In the ribs (154A to 154F), reinforcing fibers are oriented perpendicularly. The lengthwise orientation percentage (D1) for the lengthwise middle areas of the wing plates (151, 152), the perpendicular orientation percentage (D2) for the perpendicular-direction middle areas of the ribs (154A to 154F), and the perpendicular orientation percentage (D3) for the perpendicular-direction ends of the ribs (154A to 154F) satisfy relation (1).
