An approach is provided for providing connectivity assistance and the seamless interaction with information sources through a mixed-reality environment. A connectivity platform determines one or more connectivity options within an environment of at least one device. The connectivity platform further causes, at least in part, a presentation, within a user interface of the at least one device, of a mixed-reality representation of the environment including one or more symbols representing the one or more connectivity options. |
