PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer conveying device and an image forming apparatus that are relatively compact and inexpensive, and reduce a defect in which a function of a pump is deteriorated over time.SOLUTION: Pump bodies 61 and 62 of a developer conveying device 60 has an inflow port A and an outflow port B formed thereto. The inflow port A is opened and closed by an inflow-side check valve 63 by alternate generation of positive pressure and negative pressure; and the outflow port B is opened and closed by an outflow-side check valve 64. Between the inflow-side check valve 63 and the inflow port A, and between the outflow-side check valve 64 and the outflow port B, seal members 65 and 66 are respectively installed which each have a lip part with flexibility. |
