PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend a learning range while suppressing external disturbance on the learning, about the learning of stationary components included in a feedback correction value, in a control device for a power system correcting a limit variable by state variable feedback.SOLUTION: Upper and lower limits of a feedback correction value for use in learning are limited by using a first upper limit guard value and a first lower limit guard value set with reference to a current learning value. The upper and lower limits of the feedback correction value or upper and lower limits of the learning value are limited by using a second upper limit guard value and a second lower limit guard value set with reference to a fixed reference value. A first guard width defined by the first upper limit guard value and the first lower limit guard value is set to be narrower than a second guard width defined by the second upper limit guard value and the second lower limit guard value. |
