wherein
- R 1 represents a linear or branched C 4 -C 10 alkyl or alkenyl group,
- n represents a number from 0.5 to 20, and
- X represents a hydrogen atom or a cation selected from the group consisting of an alkali metal, an alkaline earth metal, ammonium, an alkylammonium, an alkanolammonium, and a glucammonium;
and
(B) an ether carboxylate of Formula (2)
€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ R 2 -O-(CH 2 CH 2 O) m -CH 2 -COOY€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ(2)
