FORMWORK RESTRAINT

In one arrangement, shown in Figure 1, there is provided a formwork restraint (10) for a reinforcement bar (12). The formwork restraint (10) includes a restraint portion (20) for receiving the reinforcement bar (12). The formwork restraint (10) further includes a support portion (36) adapted to connect the restraint portion (20) to a reinforcing formwork arrangement (14) to maintain a desirable relationship between the reinforcement bar (12) and the reinforcing formwork arrangement (14).
