A route searching device uses map data to calculate a guidance route from a departure site to a destination site. The route searching device is provided with: an acquisition means for acquiring information set for a designated person; an extraction means which refers to a database in which sites that the designated person has previously visited and information based on the behaviour of the designated person at said sites are associated with a map and stored, and extracts sites exhibiting a level with respect to the information based on the behaviour of the designated person which is at least a prescribed value; and a route searching means which calculates a guidance route including, as an en route site or the destination site, at least one site extracted by the extraction means.
