摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a constant velocity joint with which bolt holes of an outer ring of a constant velocity joint and of a companion side power transmission member such as a companion flange can be aligned with each other by a simple method.SOLUTION: A mounting structure of a constant velocity joint 1 includes: a constant velocity joint 1 having an outer ring 2 and an inner ring 3 disposed coaxially with the outer ring 2 via a slider; and a cover 6 which has a flange 6B sandwiched between an annular side face 2A of the outer ring 2 and an annular seat surface 16F of a companion flange 16 and which covers an inner space of the constant velocity joint 1 from one end side, wherein the outer ring 2 and the companion flange 16 are fastened and fixed to each other with bolts 10. The mounting structure further includes: in the cover 6, first cylindrical projections 21 which are projected from around bolt holes 6D of the flange 6B toward the annular seat surface 16F; and in the companion flange 16, first bottomed fitting holes 23 which are formed coaxially with and around female screw holes 16E of the annular seat surface 16F and into which the first cylindrical projections 21 fit.
