PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full wave rectification circuit that avoids malfunctioning owing to a delayed response despite high frequency operation and adding to current consumption.SOLUTION: The full wave rectification circuit includes: two rectification elements disposed between a first terminal of an AC power supply and a first, positive potential side output terminal; first and second transistor switch elements disposed between a second terminal of the AC power supply and a second, GND side output terminal; first and second buffer circuits connected to control terminals of the first and the second transistor switch elements disposed on the GND side to drive them; and first and second input voltage suppression circuits of loads and clamp circuits connected between the second terminal of the AC power supply and the GND side to suppress a voltage input into the control terminal of the first transistor switch element. Junctions of the loads and the clamp circuits of the first and the second input voltage suppression circuits are connected to the first and the second buffer circuits. |
